Nice stay in the City of London

What guests loved:

The staff was perfect. The hotel location and the room were wonderful!! Special thanks to Gregorio for organizing every detail for my wife's birthday surprise.

Areas for improvement:

The only thing that made our stay a little inconvenient was the mattress. It was way too soft. And the breakfast is overpriced compared to what they offer.

Great stay. Wish the price was lower.

Breakfast was good. Location was great - a short walk to The Tower and across the street from the subway. The gentleman who greeted everyone at breakfast was very friendly and nice. Beds were comforta...

Areas for improvement:

Breakfast could have used more variety. The eggs, bacon, etc were very good but we missed having some sort of oatmeal available. It was also the same selection every day. Dinner seemed to be just pizz...

Twin room was roomy and the shower was very good. Very close to the Aldgate underground station.

Areas for improvement:

The bed was a bit too soft for me. While the Aldgate underground station is close by, many destinations require changing at Liverpool street or King's Cross and as they are very big and busy stations ...

Great stay

What guests loved:

Good location and very clean. We got a room upgrade too and the view was amazing. The snacks and facilities in the room were great and staff were very friendly and helpful.
